Any person using this site, hereafter referred to as "the user", signifies his or her agreement to these terms and conditions of use.

  1. Information provided by the Banque Accord website
    1. The content of the Banque Accord website is provided for the purposes of information only. The user hereby agrees to and accepts full responsibility for his or her actions and the consequences thereof, and Banque Accord shall not be held liable for the user's actions and/or the consequences thereof.
    2.     1. Banque Accord is bound by professional secrecy. Banque Accord personnel are legally bound to protect and withhold any confidential information of which they may have knowledge. Nevertheless, where the law makes provision for this, professional secrecy cannot be grounds for withholding information from persons or official bodies concerned by these legal provisions, namely tax authorities, customs, and public authorities.
    2. The user hereby expressly authorises Banque Accord to electronically record and store any private data collected by means of the Banque Accord website, and to make use of such data to satisfy its legal and regulatory obligations.
    3. Moreover, the user hereby expressly authorises Banque Accord to use such data for the purposes of the internal management of Banque Accord, of the user, of their agents, trustees, assignees, suppliers and subcontractors, as well as for the purposes of the promotion or marketing to the user of Banque Accord's financial products and services.
    4. In accordance with the law of the 6th of January 1978 with regard to civil liberties and the electronic storage and retrieval of information, the user shall be entitled to have access to and to rectify personal data by contacting Banque Accord - Service Consommateurs - BP 6, 59895 Lille Cedex 9, France
  3. Liability
    1. With the exception of direct material prejudice, Banque accord shall not in any way be held liable for any consequential damages, loss, or financial prejudice resulting from the user's misuse of or inability to use the Banque Accord web site. This exclusion covers namely, but not exclusively, loss of opportunity and any other immaterial prejudice which may result from the impossibility of attending a General Assembly.
    2. Banque Accord shall be held liable for any direct material prejudice, hereby excluding any other form of prejudice, only if it is proven that the aforementioned prejudice is the responsibility of Banque Accord.
    3. Banque Accord shall not be held responsible for any interruption of the service due to problems relating to the transfer of data or to the user's computer system, or for any other technical fault.
    4. The Banque Accord web site contains hypertext links to partner websites. Banque Accord disclaims any responsibility for the materials contained in any web sites to which this site contains links, for any modifications which may be made to them, for their conditions of use, or for the non-availability of such sites.
  4. Interruption of the service
    1. Banque Accord shall in no way whatsoever be held responsible for the consequences of any interruption of the service for whatever reason.
    2. Banque Accord reserves the right, at its convenience, to interrupt the whole or any part of the Banque Accord web site and the services associated with it, for whatever reason, without any obligation to justify such interruption, and shall not be held liable for the consequences of such interruptions.

  5. Modification of the General Conditions of Use

    Due to the likelihood of extensions and improvements to Consumer Services, Banque Accord reserves the right to adapt or to modify at any time the scope of the services made available via the Banque Accord web site.
